I only buy my horse trailers and utility trailers from Texas Trailers Sales and Service. It has always been a wonderful experience coming to buy a trailer from them because when I or anyone else enters the store, someone is always looking up to Smile and Offer help. If a sales person can’t get to me because they’re very busy they always find someone who will help. The parts department personnel are always kind. Plus, I have to say that I love being catered to and that’s what happens when I come to purchase product or equipment at Texas Trailers.

We originally went in just to buy trailer parts for my husband’s trailer, and I ended up leaving with a brand-new horse trailer for myself. From the moment we arrived, Noah was extremely helpful. He greeted us, directed us to the parts department, and answered my questions about a trailer I saw on the lot. When I became interested in purchasing, he referred us to the salesman, Mario. Unfortunately, our experience with Mario was the complete opposite. In my opinion, he was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed unhappy to assist us from start to finish. Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a salesperson. When I returned to sign paperwork and pick up my new trailer, the finance manager, Noah, had to tell Mario twice that I was there. He simply nodded and continued to ignore me for most of the visit. It wasn’t until I was already hooked up to the trailer that he finally came over to help adjust a few things—and even then, only after Noah told him to. Noah absolutely deserves the credit and commission for this sale. If it weren’t for him, I would not have purchased anything from this dealership. I would have walked away if I had only been dealing with Mario.

The purchase was easy and they had the trailer that I was looking for. I got the salesman and discussed the price and financing. Once he was done entering my info into the computer he seemed uninterested and disappeared. The 2 ladies working the counter handled the rest ,even after saying that he needed to do it. They were fantastic asked questions and gave me info that I needed. If he gets paid by commission hopefully the ladies will receive it. I was in and out in a little over an hour and very happy with my purchase.

Highly recommend these guys. Recently purchased a 30+5 gooseneck a few months ago from them. Gave them a call and told them what I wanted and by the time I made the trip from homosassa it was up front serviced and had the tag on it ready to go.
